Dr Jones is an excellent doctor and his staff is genuinely caring and hardly any wait time , well worth the travel time

This will be a long review, but at first I'll say the staff was amazing. The one star is for Doctor Eric W Harman, MD. I'm 53yrs old and have been on medication since I was 7rs old. I'm relocating to Tennessean from Arizona. I had an appointment with him for medication and a new doctor. Unfortunately I'm on disability due to fused back. I live with constant pain daily. This Doctor was extremely judgmental, conceded, and trying to tell me to exercise. Belive me I wish I could, but having a fused back makes impossible. I have been on pain medication for along time, never had issues with doctors. I take my medication responsibly, he only gave me a fraction of what I need to function. He actually prescribed me NARCAN like im a pill popper! Extremely insulting I have never been treated so poorly. He was telling me to do more exercises and told Me to see an acupuncturist..for a fused back? How in the world is he a MD? If I wanted to see a holistic doctor I would. Be careful scheduling with the terrible doctor! I'll be looking for a different doctors office. Terrible experience, and I have had a lot interactions with doctors in my life, this was the only doctor I have ever been judge

We love Dr.Jones and everyone else in that office. It’s always a pleasant experience. We feel our needs are heard and accommodated to- honestly it just feels like one big family. Would recommend everyone and anyone got here!

Dr Jones has been amazing with my 2 under 2, and he's patient with myself and them. I'm high functioning autistic, and he doesn't seem to get upset if I'm having trouble figuring out how to say what I want to say. He's also kind enough to make sure I fully understand him as well. He makes the visits fun for my older, and the younger doesn't like to be awake yet though I think she'll have fun in a few months as well.

Dr.Jones is very considerate and patient with not only parents but with his patients. The staff are very friendly and always willing to work my child in to be seen . I recommend Dr.Jones very highly.
